#1) Have a Completed Sports Physical

*See below for a FREE SPORTS PHYSICAL opportunity

*MUST be dated AFTER June 10, 2024 if you do not attend the free sports physical date on June 26, 2024

*NOTE: Once a physical has been completed either at the primary care doctor's office OR the Free Sports Physical date, the student will not need to provide another sports physical for the remainder of the school year.

#2) Completed a SportsNet Application

*Keep clicking through the application until you see a CONGRATULATIONS message

*When you are done, Mrs. Boore will send you a confirmation email

*NOTE: Once a SportsNet application has been submitted & accepted, the student will not need to provide another application for the remainder of the school year.

#3) Have at or ABOVE a 2.0 GPA for the previous grading period

#4) Have no more than 1 F or 1 U on their grade report for the previous grading period

#5) NO OUTSTANDING FEES

*If a student has outstanding fees, the fees must be paid before they can be cleared for tryouts. Alternatively the student can sign up for a "work off" program where they will work off their fees. Please see Mrs. Boore for more information

#6) Attend a Pre-Tryout meeting to verify eligibility & meet coaches

**For the 2025-2026 School year ALL athletes will need to sign up for ASES. Student athletes will get a packet the first day of practice to fill out with their parents and return. Failure to sign up for ASES & follow all rules associated with it will result in removal from the sports team. For questions on ASES please see this webpage or call (209) 652-1744. More information on this will be given at the first practice for each team.

All student-athletes must have a current physical on file to participate in school sports during the 2025–2026 school year. This is a great opportunity to take care of that requirement at no cost and without the hassle of scheduling a doctor’s appointment.

A parent or guardian will need to attend with a student to sign papers at the time of the physical.

Please note, if you do not attend this date, you will need to go to your own primary doctor to get a SPORTS PHYSICAL (well child visits DO NOT COUNT). These must be dated after June 1, 2025 in order to accept them.
